We tasked Tom with finding our legacy home in Bluffton, SC to raise our young family. We wanted it all. Acreage, watercress, privacy, nature, and a beautiful home. Not an easy task in todays market with very low inventory and high demand to be in coastal SC. Tom found our dream home before it ever hit the market, got us under contract immediately and closed the deal with grace.
