Tom started working for us 6 years ago when we were uncertain about where we wanted to end up after retirement. When we finally figured out the location, Tom helped us find our new home while we were living out of state. He listened to what we were looking for in a home. Over time, our desires changed and he was able to "go with the flow" and help us find our new perfect location. Not only was he indispensable while we were looking but also during closing and after closing. We moved in to our home last week and Tom is still guiding us. I wouldn't want anyone else AND he will be helping our family member who is looking in this area.

We tasked Tom with finding our legacy home in Bluffton, SC to raise our young family. We wanted it all. Acreage, watercress, privacy, nature, and a beautiful home. Not an easy task in todays market with very low inventory and high demand to be in coastal SC. Tom found our dream home before it ever hit the market, got us under contract immediately and closed the deal with grace. Great experience working with Tom

We found Tom Bulcock through great references from other homeowners in HHI area. This was out first house we bought in SC so it was very helpful to us how very knowledgeable Tom is about the market and every aspects of the house. Tom is very friendly and great communicator. He laid things out very clearly for us. Tom is also very hands-on. He proactively offered to attend all the walkthroughs and facetimed us when we cant be present. Overall a great experience we've had working with Tom.

Persistence Personified

Tom was very persistent finding exactly the home I wanted. He showed me over 10 different properties and even did several video walkthroughs. He was always pointing aspects of the properties I would not have noticed, always looking out for his clients. I would use Tom again and would recommend him to anyone I know.
